Terms of Service
The rules for using Tiptoeing in My Jordans.
Last updated: 2026-11-05
The service
Tiptoeing in My Jordans turns one photo (or two, with an optional bystander) into a short AI video in the style of the "Tiptoeing in my Jordans" meme. Videos are generated by a third-party AI model, so results vary and can contain visual mistakes.
This is an independent service inspired by a public social media trend. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, Riff Raff, or the creators of the original clip.
Your photos and consent
- Only upload photos of yourself and of people who have agreed to be in the video.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, of public figures without their permission, or any photo you don't have the right to use.
- Do not use the service to harass, deceive, impersonate or sexualise anyone.
We may refuse or delete content and close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
Payments
Videos are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription. One purchased video lets you generate one video. Unused videos stay in your account and do not expire. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Ownership and use
You keep your rights in your photos. Subject to these terms and to the model provider's terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal use and to post on social media. You are responsible for how you use and share them.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it is always available or that every generation succeeds. A failed generation is refunded automatically.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
